Omega CN9111 Digital Indicating Temperature Control (presently configured for degrees F)
Watlow Series 92 Non-Indicating Overtemperature Control
Watlow Din-A-Mite SCR Power Controller
This oven has a double swing door opening with pressure type latching. Oven is also equipped with an explosion relief panel on the back wall with a protection cage (Maybe modifiable for back door?). Interior is aluminized steel construction with 16 evenly spaced shelf brackets on the side walls, with no shelves included. Side wall louvres are adjustable for tuning uniformity and airflow. The Watlow tubular heating elements and a direct drive circulating fan are mounted above the work area in a protected chamber. Heated air is circulated horizontally through the chamber. The control components are mounted in a protected panel on the right side of the oven. Power to the heating elements is through a Watlow Din-A-Mite SCR. The oven structure is good and sturdy with some minor cosmetic issues such as small paint scratches and mild discoloration. Interior looks good and has very mild heat discoloration. The upper back of the oven has some small surface dents which do not affect performance (see back photo). The door hinges, gasket, and latches are in good condition. This oven has an exhaust outlet but it does not have a powered exhauster. The oven was inspected and test run to 350F (see chart record photo). Includes a general electrical schematic and control manual on CD.
