* 360 Degree scale in 1 Degree increments on the top plate
Used, very good condition just three small defects on the top plate edge. Not a hint of the manufacturer anywhere just C481 stamped in the bottom groove. I cleaned the old grime and some surface rust so you will get reasonably clean and oiled tool - see pictures..
