The cart features include one half size pan to cook the Hot Dogs. I choose a very high BTU stove so you can cook dogs fast. Two (2) other half pane are for keeping your food warm and/or steaming your buns. A large cooler in front of the stove hold your inventory. This is a (5) day cooler, so your food stays cold a long time. Hot and cold running water in the single sink (a three compartment sink would be very easy to install on the side if your Health Department calls for one). The cart has a 5 gallon fresh water tank and a 10 gallon waste water tank. One other waste water tank is built in to keep the food storage cooler water free. The cart itself is mounted on a DOT approved trailer and easily pulls with a 1 7/8 inch ball ( I would not recommend pulling the cart down the interstate at a fast speed because of the light weight of the cart). The light weight makes it easy to move around using the handles up front.
