* NRC/Varian Frame: nominal 42" high X 43" wide X 30" deep
* Base plate: 26" diameter X 5/8" thick stainless steel with 6" ASA spool piece flange, and 1 each nominal 1" hole ( Perkin-Elmer sputtering system compatible)
* Note: will consider parting out base plate and/or hoist assembly
