This is a single item of neon bulb suitable for use to present a round dot in nixie tube clocks or as a replacement neon bulb in other indicator applications where an end-on view is required. The area that lights up is an unusual, neat looking, magnified round area rather than the usual two electrodes. It is 0.5mA rated and can be driven from 240V mains with a 390K series resistor. You can see the bulb lit up running at 0.5mA with 70 V.D.C and a 22K resistor here:
