The K155ID1 is the Russian equivalent to the SN74141.
These are BCD-DECIMALdecoder ICs with high voltage transistor outputs.
Simplifies driving Nixie tubes. Russian ICs, U.S. 74141 equivalents with overrange digit blanking.
