WESTBOND 7372B Epoxy Eutectic Die Bonder
Owned by a startup that used it a very short time before they went under. Has been in storage many years.
Appears to be functional, though I am not an expert on this kind of machine. Manipulator moves smoothly, tool heats, tool switches properly.
May need some minor work due to how it was moved and stored. The air fittings on the back panel are damaged. These are actually really inexpensive standard parts, should you be inclined to repair it yourself. It may be a good idea to send this back to WestBond to have it completely checked out regardless.
Does NOT include microscope or work stand platform.
