Horizontal High Vacuum Chamber Multi-Purpose
Fabricated of Type 304 Stainless Steel and fully electro-polished. It has a 15.5 inside diameter and is 28 long.
The body is fully traced with water-cooling channels.
One end is equipped with a door hinge.
This end has an O-Ring in the chamber flange. The flange is 18.5 outside diameter.
The opposite end has a 23.5 diameter flange with an O-Ring that is 19.0 diameter.
The flange is equipped with 16 holes that are 7/8 diameter, equally spaced on a 21.5 diameter.
The bottom side wall has a port with the same flange details as above,
but without the O-Ring groove.
The top side wall is equipped with ISO flange #NW100 and is equipped
with a new pneumatic operated angle valve. Also, the top side wall is a KF flange fitting #NW40
Also included is a stainless steel, O-Ring sealed viewing port,
complete with 4.0 diameter Pyrex window, which can be mounted in a chamber door.
To custom make this equipment would cost in excess of $20,000.00 in today s market !
This item would make an excellent PVD chamber with the addition of required ports, and pumping system, etc.
