This minicassette player has wheels for adjusting volume, speed, tone and backspace, and buttons for fast forward, stop, rewind, telephone, power, and one labeled "X|" of unknown function. On the side is a switch for turning the speaker on and off, a switch of unknown function, a three-pin headphone connector (headphones not included), and a 14-pin recessed rectangular male connector for a handset or foot control (FT 60 foot control included, has fast forward, rewind, and play pedals). On the back is a phono connector for the telephone. A power adapter is included.
When plugged in and turned on the unit fast forwards and rewinds correctly, and the foot control allows it to play. This appears to be a good working unit.
