I have had a excellent hatch rate from these quail.
can take up to 20 days due to weather and how many eggs the hens lay each day.
I can not help for your incubation equipment or methods and so on.
Please make sure you let eggs rest for at least 12 hours before sticking in incubator. You will take a chance on none hatch rate or very few hatching. They need to settle for being in vehichle.
This has helped my chicken hatchings go thru the roof.
