Never used. Bought at my school for clinical and was not allowed to use this type of stethoscope. Not an Ultra-scope. Just the generic brand. In great shape. Edited 5-13-2010: I just looked at this item and it has few scratches on the flat surface. It does not inhibit the effects of this stethoscope. It works just fine.
