I bought this at a government surplus sale. The model # is 196-0066-003. It came from a working environment, last used with a Dionex Chromatograph model NSI-331. It does power up and appears to pump. It has not been tested beyond this. It was hardwired into place so no wall plug is included. It is controlled by way of an off/on switch and micrometer style flow regulator. The pump ID specs say it will max ut at 5000 PSI. There is what looks like a factory tag on it which says it should not be started agains pressures over 1000 PSI.
