HP 4145A Semiconductor Parameter Analyzer. Great Condition. Tested and Functional. Includes a copy of the start-up floppy disk. I tested this using a 470 Ohm Resistor, LED and transistor. All of these tests were successful. Includes a 16058A Test Accessory Box. It is missing the (4) Tri-Ax cables and the interface cable.
