I don't have any documentation on these but came from a working system at Boeing. I had a defective unit which i dissambled and found that the CCD (model kodak KAF-1000, 1024x1024 pixels) has dual stage cooling. the first is a peltier (thermoelectric) element right underneath the chip. The "hot" side of the peltier is liquid cooled. I therefore think the CCD operates at extremely low temperature (-40C or below). 14 day right of return.
