Hobart D-330 30 Quart Dough Mixer with Attachments
I am selling this for a friend who used this mixer in his cookie business. It was overhauled, had the bearings replaced about two years ago, and then he stopped using it, replacing it with a larger model. Most recently it has been sitting in a retail bakery/cafe as a display piece (where I photographed it).
The attachments shown are in addition to the dough hook in the machine (there are two hooks).
It is a powerful. solidly built 220 (240) volt 3-phase machine with a 1-1/4 HP motor, and it is in perfect condition, with the exception that the plastic cover on the top has a crack in it as shown in the 5th photo.
