This is a extereemly heavy duty steel wheel. It is stainless steel with bearings and grease zirks. It does not swivel. the wheel is 6" in diameter. It will hold the cart 8" off the ground. It looks like it could hold 2,ooo lbs, but not sure. has a 1/4" thick stainless steel 5x7" mounting plate with 4 slotted holes.
