Drum heaters are electrical resistance heaters in a flexible form that can be easily wrapped around metal drums and tanks. They are constructed of silicone rubber reinforced fiberglass cloth laminated around nickel alloy circuit to provide flexible, moisture and chemical resistant heat. They are designed for freeze protection, melting of solids, viscosity control and maintaining drum contents at an elevated temperature.
