THIS IS A SPECIAL DIGITAL MILLIVOLT METER.
you get a specially calibrated 186db microphone +cable+ and the high quallity digital
millivolt meter with direct db output 0.1db resolution and frequency to the 0.1 hertz, from 10 to 20000 hz,and reads to more than 20000hertz, and computer interface and data logging 1 per second for about a week.you dont have to use a computer if you dont want to ,or dont have a computer!
the system and microphone is calibrated to 150.0db so it will read out -10.0db at 140.0db or
+3.2db at 150+3.2=153.2db, another example 125.0db real life = -25.0db on the meter.
in other words you still will have to add or subtract from
150.0db!!!, so 103.0db real life will say -47.0db. or 162.4db real will say +12.4db on this sound meter.lowest reading is -60.0db = 90.0db real life to 186.0db
after a few minutes its very simple to use!!!the db level also works directly of voltage
it is true rms, fast responding about 3 to 4 times per second. with music resolves the bass frequencies about 3 to 5 times per second to 0.1 hertz, so it will say 22.4 hz, or 47.3hz,
62.1 hz ect. very cool!for frequency reading input electric volts must be at least 0.070volts, (70millivolts) when using microphone thats about a loud 120db or louder.
the millivolt meter will be YELLOW or GREY and you do not get to choose! it will be like the photo but we no long use the centech brand.
