1. Inventory: We currently have approximately 500 shirts of a variety of designs in inventory. Each shirt is individually packaged and stored in an organized inventory system. The system makes it easy to fill all orders quickly and maintain a running inventory or items. This system is also very convenient for selling shirts as a vendor at air shows.
2. Trademark: The Get In The Wind logo is federally registered. The original registration date is 12/1997. In December of 2007, we filed a combined declaration of use / renewal application which has been accepted by the US Patent and Trademark Office. This renewal lasts for 10 years.
