This is in pre-owned condition with some damage. Includes a 24 diameter diffuser with a large crack in the side with a piece missing. It is there and could be repaired {glued back into position}. Sylvania Metalarc Lamp. Large diameter base assembled on to a 2 x4 base and has a 220 volt plug. And lastly, a Lithonia Lighting Luminaire Fitting. This is marked for 400 watts, Lamp type M59. It has a two prong 110 volt input and a 220 volt outlet.
This was used for lighting in a garage shop and works great! That lamp is bright!
