NIB or NEW IN BOX: Products are guaranteed new, still in the original factory box or from a factory carton. These products have never been installed, energized or used and come with a 2 year warranty.
NEW SURPLUS: Products may or may not be in original factory box, may be an older style or were removed from a panel or distribution center before being put into service. These products have not been used or energized, but may show signs of previously being installed and comes with a 2 year warranty.
RECONDITIONED: Products are used but have been thoroughly inspected, repaired and reconditioned and fully load tested for ampacity and voltage requirements and come with a 1 year warranty
USED: Products are used, assumed to be in working condition and have only been visually inspected for burns, cracks and breaks and mechanical function and come with a 6 month warranty
