For sale is a used, working condition Motorola special high output ballast for use on 120v power with two F32T8 or F25T8 bulbs.
It is no longer made and it is perhaps the highest output ballast ever made for standard T8 lamps.
Great for aquarium and other applications where you want to minimize changing the fixture, or avoid having to purchase more special expensive aquarium lamps.
This ballast is rated for 128% ballast factor, while most common ballasts only drive lamps at 85%, so you will get the output of a 3 lamp system with 2 lamps.
Used in conjunction with two 3,200 lumen rated 32W Sylvania Octron XPS, you can get a total output of 8200 lumens.
Wiring is the same as standard F40T12 magnetic ballast. Connection is made by poking in standard 18AWG solid core lighting into terminals. Standard length of wires will be included upon request.
