This is a 5 quart milk and cream electric pasteurizer. I have personally used it for goat and cow milk. It is aluminum outside, and the bucket inside also. No dings or dents. This unit is clean and works great. The buzzer goes off when it is done. The inside where you put the water has some mineral stains. It is a Wards Quick time circulation type. model 4819 code 11-5 115 volts 60 cycles 1250 watts.
