ICL 12 Ton press, very clean unit but we cannot get it to build pressure. It probably needs seals or fluid. Looks like a standard bottle jack inside, also missing handle and some type of die. This unit retails for 2600.00 new, with a little work you will have a very nice press for not alot of money. Unit also has polycarbonate sheilds built in, Adjustable overhead lead screw, and Automatic die centering. Thanks for looking!
