The overall measurements of the hive body is approx 36" L , 19" W and 12 1/4" H. The base board is 42" L. There are 25 bars used in the construction of this hive, each bar has a wood comb guide glued with Tightbond weather proof exterior glue. The unit has a bottom entrance for the bees.
