Made out of heavy duty 16 ga 304 s/s steel (or heavier). Stainless steel burners and runner tubes. Stainless steel plumbing, even the fasteners are stainless! Seven burners and 92,000 btu's for incredible performance. Individually removable 1/2" dia solid stainless steel grid rods do not warp and are easier to handle and clean, and allow you to use different grid rods whenever you want without any expensive custom grids.
This is the same unit we sell to restaurants who are using it 12 hours a day, seven days a week, but with stainless grid rods, and hood, and plumbing added!
Available options include: s/s hex grid rods
Available in 24, 30, 36, 48, and 60" widths. Built to meet all safety and sanitation requirements, approvals in process.
