24 foot x 10 foot concession trailer (ice cream stand)
This is a 24 foot X 10 foot concession trailer. As you can see I have been using it for storage. It is all Alum. inside and out. It has a hook up for power and a bathroom. It has a hot water heater. It has the three sinks and the wash sink, I think they need to be finished plumbing after new cabinets and counters were put in. It was never completed. It had a new tile floor but it does need to be replace already. It is basically a solid trailer but could use a fresh paint job. The Ac unit does not go with it. I just paid 2,700.00 to have it put in and never used it. The trailer was already plumbed for AC, it just needed the unit put on the back or the top. I would be open to offers on the AC unit as a separate deal. This would be a great stationary unit to set up some where for a small ice cream business. That is what they did with it before I purchased it. I am just to busy to get into this venture any further. It could be a money maker for someone outside a Lowe's or Home depot. I have seen trailers like this set up in front of them.
