This listing is for a rebuilt R4140L1147. The R4140L1147 flame safeguard control provides flame out protection plus automatic sequencing of the burner motor, firing rate motor pilot valve, ignition spark, and main fuel valve for commercial and industrial gas, oil, or combination burners.
A selection of plug-in amplifiers allows the R4140L1147 to be used with recycling, infrared, or ultraviolet flame detectors which we sell also. Email us for information.
The control is cycled by a line voltage controller. Failure to establish flame or flame loss while the burner is running will result in safety shutdown (lockout). Loss of airflow after 8.5 seconds shuts down the burner. Firing rate motor switching is incorporated for both modulating and two-position motors which we sell also.
