This oven has a 52" high load area with stainless steel interior and a single air operated flip up door. Incoloy sheathed tubular type elements and a belt driven high pressure stainless steel plate circulating fan (3500 cfm) are mounted in a protected area in the right side wall (See Photo). Heated air is circulated horizontally throughout the louvered chamber designed for maximum uniformity. An airflow switch monitoring the recirculating fan terminates power to the heating elements on blower failure.
Overall exterior condition is good with cosmetic issues such as paint scratches and surface rust in places. Interior condition is good with little heat warpage. 304 Stainless is discolored from heat. Door is in good shape, not warped, and closes snug. Door lift air clylinder works. Controls are in nice shape and are mounted in a wall mountable panel. Oven was in operation when removed. 3 HP fan motor spins freely. Elements have been visually inspected and resistance checked-good. Includes Operating and Maintenance Manual with electrical prints, parts list, and blueprint.
