This item was tested to power on when plugged in, all the switches did something different, different lights lit up, but not too sure of the purpose of this device or how it works. The right person would know what to do with this machine. Pulled from a working environment, looks to be in great physical condition except for some scuffs from time and use. Has rackmount ears.
