Headway Research Photoresist Spin Coater. Great Condition. Tested and Functional. Includes (4) Vacuum Chucks ( (2) Aluminum ~1/2" diameter, (1) Plastic/Polymer ~11/16", (1) Aluminum 1-1/2"). Also includes a Minarik Electric Motor controller and Servo-Tek Controller/Timer. The spinner can be operated in either manual or automatic mode. Automatic mode is controlled by the timers on the Servo-Tek Controller. Operation is rather simple. The speed is set using the Minarik Controller (Max unloaded speed is ~6000rpm), once the vacuum is applied to the substrate and the start button is pressed, it will start to spin. Perfect unit for a research lab or where small pieces of wafers are used. There is some residual photoresist and coatings on the unit. It can be recessed in a bench cut-out if so desired.
