Hallidie Machinery Co., Inc. is proud to offer for your consideration an USED Bridgeport Machines Series II EZ-TRAK DX Milling Machine, which enhances the world renowned Series II Special Milling Machine with ballscrews, DC servo motors on the X and Y axes, and a 2-axis, control.
The Bridgeport Series II EZ-Trak DX Milling Machine includes the following standard features:
Z-axis 5" (127mm) (3rd axis 4.4" 118mm)
* 3 hp (30 minute), 2 hp (continuous) duty rated, AC induction
spindle motor with spindle brake
* Infinitely variable spindle speeds:
Low gear: 60-500 rpm; High gear: 500-4200 rpm
* Optional programmable 3rd axis (R8 machines only)
* V-ram mounting for the milling head with tilting mechanism
* Rugged 11" x 58" table on standard saddle and knee
* Large diameter ballscrews with stiff mounting brackets
* Power feeds on X and Y axes with 100 ipm rapid traverse rates
* Feedrates to 100 ipm, variable from 10% to 150%
* .0001" (.001mm) input resolution
* +/-.001" positioning accuracy over the saddle
* +/-.0008" repeatability over the saddle
* One-shot automatic central lubrication system
