automatic x and y dry honing sandblaster sandblasting machine dicing
machine has a 2 axis spray nozzle with up to 16 traverse length for the x and y
system requires 100 cfm of air flow at 80psi min. 208v 3 phase for control system.
Control system consists of timer and start stop and home position push buttons.
There is a yellow safety cage that is not shown in the pictures that covers the x and y stage on back of machine.
We purchased this machine many years ago for a project. it has since sat in storage and has not been used. it is in very good condition and it is complete with manuals blueprints etc.
This machine was actually made to dice silicon wafers, instead of a diamond dicing wheel like disco's and others this uses abrasive media to dice the silicon wafers into chips. This machine is great for making complex geometric shapes, circles, etc.
