Progressive 200B tone amplifier (cable locater tool)
This is a Tempo / Progressive model 200B hand held inductive amplifier tester used for locating data and signal lines and testing for the presence of data, voice and audio circuits. May be used with any brand tone generator or the Progressive 77M Tracer. Attach a known tone at one end of a cable and quickly locate the tone wherever it may appear on the other end. Can even detect a tone through the wire insulation.
This item works perfectly, comes with fresh battery, owned by a part time tech so used lightly, one owner, always in a non-smoking environment.
