The HP 8903e Distortion Analyzer is a high performance
distortion analyzer, frequency counter, ac voltmeter, dc voltmeter, and SINAD meter.
Shown testing a 1 kHz, 1 V signal with 0.0081% distortion. (cable not included)
Distortion: 20 Hz to 100 kHz, 0.001% to 100%, (-99.99 to 0 db) , input 50 mV to 300 V
SINAD : 20 Hz to 100 kHz, 0 to 99.99 db, input 50 mV to 300 V
AC voltmeter: 7 ranges, from 0.3 mV to 300 V full range
DC voltmeter, 4 ranges, from 4 V to 300 V full range
Frequency counter: 20 Hz to 150 kHz, 5 digit,

I have performed the preliminary checks as described in the instruction manual to check the
Filters, Distortion, SINAD, Signal to Noise Ratio, monitor output and the instrument passed
all tests. I sent it several commands and took some readings over the HPIB and it responded correctly.
This unit is very good cosmetically, with a few scratches
