Appears to be a token dispenser used in lab experiements.
Comes with a meter that measures "correct" and "error" responses.
Approximately 20 tokens in the main unit. Main unit comes with a Steel ball that holds the tokens in place. Token dispenser was tested with remote push button and works. Token dispenser box is key locked (comes with key).
Unknown if item is complete, but it does power up and lights come on. Token dispenser will give out tokens.
