Here is a MKS 146C Vacuum Gauge Controller. This unit is set up with a Capacitance Manometer and HCIG Hot cathode Ion Gauge Controller along with Valve I/O, Control Inputs, RS232, and an Interface connector.
This unit has been tested for power up as seen in the pictures. No gauges were attached, so the error codes are shown in picture 2.
