On this one, what you see is what you get.
I've got a mini lathe bed in there from a 7x10 HF lathe, it has the rack still attached to it. The sliding portion of the carriage is still on the lathe, as well as the cross slide (missing handle). Also have the leadscrew, the apron (missing one gear), and the headstock gear as well as the fork that moves the gear. All these parts, for likely a pretty good price. If you can't tell, the bed is rusty.
