This really is a High End 2-Axis Lens Positioning Mount.
The mount has 2-Adjustment knobs that control the tilt angle of the optic.
There is a Lens Mount Adapter that screws into the center of this 2-Axis Optic Mount. The Lens Mount Adapter is used to hold the optic.
This setup comes with a very nice looking 25mm Filter. We really don't know too much about this Filter, it is 25mm in diameter and appears to be pretty high-end. Who knows this Filter could be a Diamond in the Rough?
This optical mounts comes Mounted on a Post and a Base.
We are not sure of the Exact brand of this setup, but it appears very similar to items made by Newport, Thorlabs, CVI etc.
