Winona PH6000 ( van norman ) seat & guide machine
Winona ( Van Norman ) PH6000 Seat and Guide Machine. This is the larger machine used for automotive as well Light Truck and Diesel cylinder heads. Comes with the standard tooling core drills and reamers for valve guide replacement in cast iron cylinder heads. Also the fixed seat cutters for installing replacement valve seats and hardened valve seats. Fixed Cutter sizes included are 1.500, 1.562, 1.625, 1.750, 1.875, 2.000, & 2.125 also a adjustable Winona seat cutter set to handle the sizes the fixed cutter's don't do.
Machine has a air float cylinder head turnover fixture. Machine head is on a power column to adjust machine head height from your work. All tooling is morse taper for machine drive including a 5/8" diameter drill chuck.
Still a good operating machine to install replacement valve guides and seat's. And is still under power if you would like to see it operate give me a call to set up an appointment
