This Doucet Return Conveyor runs on three phase power and through the use of sensors and valves will automatically return your materials. This return conveyor saves one laborer and pays for itself fast. It can be used with a planer,edgebander, or wideband sander.( There surely are other uses for it too).
I have (3) ten foot sections of table with rollers(PVC Covered), One section that is 5' in length with rollers. The rollers are 36" wide. The Return Table which has 1/2 H.P. Motors is 72" by 120". This machine is a real time saver. It comes complete with all sensors, valves and motors. There are 8 transfer arms that automatically transfer panels on to the return conveyor.
This is a line shaft powered roller Righthand Return Conveyor(That means the panels start up on the left and end up on the right).It runs up to approximately 120FPM.
