Unknown date of manufacture, but this number is on the front of the plow CCY494 and OLIVER 8990 is stamped on the back...wood handle is broke, the other handle is secure....I dont know much about the item, except that it is very heavy and there is no delivery from me...sorry...If you want it you will have to make the arrangements yourself....I will assist in anyway other than meeting somewhere...thanks for looking....the item is in Caro, MI 48723
