I have been asked numerous times, why am I selling this ongoing, proven & successful small business? I previously replied directly to the inquirer, butmy wife suggested that I inform everyone here. So, I'll tell all. On April 22, 2010 I turn 71; On June 2nd I have sceduled surgery for full left knee replacement; Last September I had eye surgery for a torn retina; Last March I had full knee replacement of the right knee. Other than all that, I am in reasonable good health and will be able to resume playing golf in October. I just believe it is time for a change and to do other things.
