This is a New Bradley SA31 Towel Hook
Back Plate is Fabricated in type 304 14 Gauge Stainless
Hook housing is Fabricated of bright chrome plated brass
with a stainless ball & spring. This mechanism will hold
towels or clothing but will srelease when excess pressure it applied.
It is called a Security Towel Hook, because it is Suicide-Resistant.
