Unit powers up, Lights and scope shows line that is adjustable. I have not fully tested, but previous owner says unit is fully functional.
Unit is in very good physical condition with only minor scuffs.
Dimensions are 11" width (with handle), 8" height & 18" depth.
Built-in multi-postion carry handle.
