materials. They give instant direct readings of air velocity and temperature on clear
The average temperature response time is 10 seconds. Models in three velocity ranges are available, each calibrated in both metric and imperial units. The slim telescopic probe is ideal for measuring at grilles and diffusers, in narrow air-ways and in ducted systems.
Velocity or temperature measurement is selected by a sliding switch.
Once the electronic zero is set the instrument is ready for use.
The probe head is held in the airstream and a reading taken.
On grilles and ducts it is good practice to traverse the effective area taking the average of a number of readings.
