This 3.8 pound padlock is made by Sargent and Greenleaf for use by the government. It contains a Medeco Biaxial cylinder with 1 operator key that has been modified to an operating change key.

This locks is in great shape, has some sharpie marks that can easily be removed. It is in complete working order with 1 key and has little to no scratches(see pictures)
It is used, was used in Iraq during OIF 09-10 and has been replaced by its unit.
