The plastic cover on this book is dirty but beyond the clear plastic cover, the remainder of the book is much cleaner. It is divided into two sections: Debuque Tractor Works and Waterloo Tractor Works. It is evidently a publication or manual that they used to train service persons. It has some of the student's notes in it. There are several diagrams. A lot of it looks like typed pages.
