This light fixture is made by Appleton and is model 329S. It is meant to be used in hazardous or wet locations and is also Dust-Ignition-Proof. This model is a vertical mount fixture. It has a Carol 600 volt wire with a Crouse-Hinds RPE-021-024P plug attached. This one is missing the glass piece that goes around the bulb.
