AS CAN BE SEEN IN OUR PHOTOS, THIS ITEM HAS SOME MINOR SCRAPES ON IT AND 1 SIDE OF THE SWITCH IS SLIGHTLY BENT, BUT THE UNIT APPEARS UNUSED.
The heater powers on and hums. We did try heating a bearing and it appears to operate properly. It includes 2 crossbars for various bearing sizes.
Induction heating is safe - no fire hazard from open flames or contamination from hot oil baths or forcing cold bearings on with a hammer.
